Each Acorn Hamper (available for a $50 handling fee) contains a selection of frozen goods and meals, and a box of pantry staples and supplies. Your hamper price also includes a selection of fresh bread, milk, fruit, and vegetables when available. All hampers contain a RRP well above that and will vary according to the products we have available each week. Please understand that no swaps are available, and if you find a product in your hamper that you or your family won’t use, we encourage you to share them with your neighbours, families, and friends.
Due to people ordering hampers and then not collecting, all orders must now be pre-paid and made online.
Our online store is safe and easy to use.
1. Choose where you would like to collect your hamper. (Yamanto or Redbank Plains. Redbank Plains Saturday 2pm – 4pm collection ONLY)
2. Choose what day you’d like to collect your hamper. Please note we have a 2 day packing window. That means if you order on Wednesday, the earliest date you can collect your hamper is Friday.
3. Fill in your details. Please use a fake address if safety is an issue for you.
4. Pay for your hamper order. You should receive an email shortly afterwards confirming everything went through okay.
5. Come and collect your hamper at the location you chose, on the day you chose.
By placing your order, you agree to the collection conditions below.

Frozen goods will be in a box or a bag. Please bring an esky or insulated container to transport your food safely.

Can I order more than 1 hamper?
Yes, of course you can. Some customers like to buy one for themselves and one for a neighbour or friend. And while we pack our hampers for a ‘family’ some families are bigger than others. 💚
Can I ask for special food requirements and allergies in my hamper?
No, we’re sorry but we don’t have the facilities to cater to individual circumstances or preferences. We don’t make swaps on any products and hope that you’ll share what you won’t use with family and friends. Hampers aren’t for every family, and you might find simply shopping in store will help you save money. 💚
